Food Again

My last entry for the day, segment 3 which is what I cooked today! Pi2 dan4 shou4 rou4 zhou1 or century egg porridge as it is commonly known. My housemate Clara who's from America was so appalled when she saw the gelatinous texture and colour of the century eggs. She kept asking me: are those really eggs? Like, chicken eggs? Haha. Anyway I cooked this for Carine who's down with a bad sore throat. Barley water too. Carine, if you are reading this, get well soon!

On Monday Kok Lim went to Jasmine and helped me pick up some food. Since I wasn't at home he left this box for me. So cute hor? Just felt like taking a picture :) Thank you Kok Lim, though I doubt he will ever get to read this.

Egg tarts are my favourite! And there's cha siew bao and some yam thing. As you can see some of the food has already been eaten up. Some leftover wrappers lying here and there hehe.
