Oreo Cheesecake

Went to send Carine's friend Seraphina off at the Greyhound bus station yesterday. After that I had lunch with Carine before starting to make oreo cheesecake. Was too tired to cook. The one thing about cooking or baking is that you actually see how much fat and sugar goes into the stuff. Quite horrific. So I'm never that quite keen to eat my own stuff. Haha.
