Alaska Native Heritage Center
We went to the Alaska Native Heritage Center on Tuesday! Walked down the road to take bus 75.
The Heritage Center was in some ulu place, had to go through a single road through forested areas. A Native dance was going on when we got there. Quite interesting! The lead singer (well, he was actually doing a series of yells and howls) was quite cute. His name is Maddox.
After that we went to walk inside the exhibit area and look at the Native crafts on sale. Some of them were really really pretty but they were all so expensive :( We decided to take pictures again.
Tourists can never take proper pictures
After the screening of a show on whales in the theaterette, we decided to have a walk outside. Boy it was cold! They had a lake, surrounded by various houses belonging to different Eskimo tribes.

We took the bus downtown to have dinner. Stopped by the hotel where we worked on the way, and I took a picture with Marc. He’s the one who helped us move house and he has a big-ass truck.
Snow Goose restaurant for dinner! Their seafood is crazily good. The fish and chips was the best we’d all ever eaten. The halibut chunks were fresh and sweet. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
XQ had the fish and chips, Shanyan had the Chicken Cordon Bleu, I had the Italian Cioppino (clams, king crab and shrimp in a special sauce). Happy happy!
