Hello?

Received a call from Alaska at 7.30 am this morning that made my day! Marc and Wilson called to chat and see how I was. I was over the moon man. Triggered thoughts of being away from home and how friends meant so much then.

Getting bitten by the travel bug again, and by the feeling that there's a lot waiting for me out there. Not good not good! Luckily some Taiwan friends are coming over and I'll get a small dose of "overseas-ness". Next up, Bintan in December and Japan next year!

How to fit Alaska in? Difficult -sigh- Heard its very cold there now, about 0 deg, and I guess it should be snowing. I bet the Northern Lights are out too. Wish I were there...

I really wanna get out of school and work, but I'm mortally afraid of having only 14-21 days of leave a year and having to clamour for weekends like all the working folk. But I'd willingly trade that for some cash and no more NUS :D

My experiments aren't going well, my handphone got stolen recently, and I just lost my PGP transponder which costs $40 to replace....

But,

I am still happy cos I have my friends ：） Some of you are very strong and that gives me strength. Others are 很有心思的人。Please continue to be my friends even if I become some underachiever with a 3rd class honours degree!

I think maybe its a good thing that my prof scolded me. That would be the right attitude to have. 要吸取教训。
